Blissful Giveaway!
In honor of Baby Shower Week here at Blissfully Domestic, we are giving away one copy of the brand new cookbook, Grilled Pizzas and Piadinas by Craig Priebe with Dianne Jacob. What could be more perfect to celebrate the warm weather than sitting out on the deck and grilling up some great food? Not much, I tell you.
Grilled Pizzas and Piadinas (Out this month from DK) offers up delicious recipes with a twist.
- The Pennsylvanian: Smoked Sausage with Honey Mustard and Coleslaw
- The Venezuelan: Chicken and Plantain with Coconut Sauce
- The New Orlean: Blackened Crawfish, Sausage, and Spicy Apricot Sauce
- The Aristan: Roasted Vegetables with Creamy Garlic Cheese
Also included are some beloved favorites.
- The Fromaggian: Classic Four-Cheese Pizza
- The Margheritan: Traditional Tomato, Basil and Cheese
- The Trattorian: Sausage, Pepperoni, Mushrooms, and Bacon
To round out the cookbook, a selection of salads, desserts and menu planning ideas are included. With almost 50 pages of information regarding grilling, dough making, and more, you will be more than prepared to tackle the art of homemade pizzas.
If you still need a bit of convincing, take a look at what culinary master Wolfgang Puck had to say about Grilled Pizzas and Piadinas.
"I have always loved pizza, as everyone who is familiar with my food knows, and grilled pizza has always been a favorite. With Grilled Pizzas & Piadinas, Craig Priebe has taken the pizza--and the piadina--to imaginative new heights. His book is an inspiration."
To enter in this contest all you need to do is leave a comment with a valid email address.
The Details: Entries will be taken until Sunday, May 11 at midnight. Contest open to US residents only. Winner will be notified through email. If you don't reply with your shipping address within 3 days, a new winner will be chosen.
Be sure to check back later in the week for another cookbook giveaway!

Somehow, that pic makes the pizza I made for dinner seem a little...lacking. Ah, well, it seemed nice at the time, and that's what counts, right?

Ok I'll come out of lurkdom. That cookbook looks awesome. I make a dough that I keep in the refrigerator and use all throughout the week. These would be awesome to use with that dough.
