I've never been a good sleeper. My mind races. I think about the day, what I got too and what I didn't. I plan the next day over and over and over again. I worry about the kids, school, work, etc. A few years ago I started taking something to help me sleep but now I really cant sleep without it. Thank you for the helpful ideas.

I'm having a hard time getting my baby into a nightime routine. Staying up till 10:30 is NOT acceptable! LOL
